Nuvei Customer Offers
Nuvei Customers are eligible for the following offers:

Sign Up Offer (Nuvei Customers)
a) Nuvei Customers who are not a Nuvei Payments customer as at 15th January 2024 and take up a Nuvei product directly via Nuvei Payments, can earn a sign-up bonus of 50,000 Velocity Points, if they:

Ongoing Earn (Nuvei Customers)
a) All new and existing Nuvei Customers who:
i) link their Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Nuvei accounts; and
ii) sign up for / are signed up for the Pay nil with Nuvei surcharge offer and associated 1.65% MSF, $10,000/month minimum transaction value and conditions which can be found here, will, from the date of terminal delivery for in-person products, and from the date of credential delivery for online products, earn 1 Velocity for every $25 transacted When signed up to the Pay nil with Nuvei surcharge offer.
b) The total points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of net (excluding Amex and Diners) $AUD transacted through Nuvei products. For example a total of $1000 transacted through Nuvei products would earn 40 Velocity Points. The minimum number of Velocity Points that can be earned is 1. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.
c) Points will be calculated on the last day of each month and credited to the Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account when their merchant billing statement is provided for the month following.

Promotion Overview

1.1  The [500,000 bonus Velocity Points Giveaway] (the“Promotion”) is a lucky draw competition (the “Lucky Draw”) that is conducted by NUVEI AUSTRALIA

MERCHANT SERVICES PTY LTD ABN 64 160 726 349 and Level 7, 78 Waterloo

Road, Macquarie Park, NSW, 2113 (Nuvei) (the “Organiser”).

1.2  The Promotion will run from 15/05/2025 (00:00 AEST) to 31/07/2025 (23:59 AEST) (the "Promotion Period").

1.3  By entering the Lucky Draw, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

2.1  The Lucky Draw is open to:

*  New merchants who contract with Nuvei for products and services during the promotion period (“Merchants”); and

*  Merchants who are actively trading with Nuvei (e.g. merchant acquiring and terminal rental) during the promotion period; and

*  Merchants who are residents of Australia; and

*  Merchants who activate or link their existing Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their Nuvei account within 30 days of approval of a Merchant application.

2.2  The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

How to Enter

 3.1  Merchants who are eligible and satisfy the following during the promotion period are automatically entered into the Promotion:

i.        Transact a minimum of $5,000 processing volume excluding AMEX & Diners transactions.

ii.       Have been actively transacting for a minimum of 7 days and also transacting at the time of the draw;

3.2  Each eligible participant is permitted one entry during the promotion period. For clarity, each Merchant is the legal entity (not each merchant ID).

Prize

4.1  The winner of the Lucky Draw will receive 500,000 Velocity Points valued at AUD6,500 for their business allocated to their Velocity Australia Business Flyer Account. The total prize pool is AUD6,500.

4.2  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cashor any other alternatives.

4.3  In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

 Draw and Winner Selection

5.1  The Lucky Draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on 15TH September 2025 at TPAL, Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

5.2  The winner will be selectedr andomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

5.3  The winner will be notified by email & phone call within 1 business day after the Lucky Draw. The winner’s initial of first name, last name and postcode of residence will be published on nuvei.com within 7 days of the draw.

5.4  Points will be allocated to the winning Merchant participant Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 30 days of the Lucky Draw being completed.

Wnner Requirements

6.1  The winner must meet the following conditions to claim the prize:

•  The winner must be eligible (as per clause 2) and have entered into the Promotion (as per clause 3).

•  The winner must have an active Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account as at the date of the Lucky Draw.

Redraw Requirements for Unclaimed Prize

7.1  If a prize remains not accepted for a period of 14 days from the date of the original draw, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a redraw to award the unclaimed prize to another eligible entrant.

7.2  The redraw (if required) will take place at 11:00am AEST on 29th September 2025 at TPAL, Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000, subject to any directions from the relevant regulatory authority.

7.3  The winner of the redraw will be notified via phone call & email within one (1 )business days of the redraw. The winner’s initial of first name, last name and postcode of residence will be published on nuvei.com within 7 days of the redraw. The winner of the redraw must accept the price within 14 business days of being notified.

7.4  If a redraw is conducted and the prize remains unclaimed (i.e. not accepted), the Organiser reserves the right to deal with the prize as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

7.5  The Organiser’s decision regarding the redraw and any prize allocation is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability and Responsibility

8.1  The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.

8.2  The Organiser is not liable for any delays or failure in the transmission or receipt of entries due to technical or other issues.

9.1  Nuvei collects personal information about you to enable you to redeem this Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2  By participating in this promotion, you consent to Nuvei collecting and using your personal information, and disclosing your personal information to Nuvei’s related entities, agencies, promotion partners (including Velocity) and other third parties engaged to provide servicesin connection with the Promotion, for the purposes listed above and in accordance with Nuvei’s privacy policy available at https://tillpayments.com/privacy If the personal information requested is not provided, Nuvei cannot guarantee fulfilment of the Promotion

General Terms

10.1  The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to approval by any relevant government authority.

10.2  The Organiser’s decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion, including but not limited to the selection of the winner.

10.3 Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of the Lucky Draw is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Nuvei reserve the right to revoke or prevent the allocation of any Velocity Points if we suspects a breach of these Termsand Conditions, the Velocity Terms & Conditions or if either party suspects that Velocity Points have been obtained fraudulently or illegally.

Governing Law

11.1   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11.2   Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

12.1  Your Virgin Australia Business Flyer Membership is governed by a separate agreement between you and Virgin Australia and Velocity, including but not limited to Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership Terms& Conditions.

12.2  Nuvei does not provide and is not responsible for the Virgin Australia Business FlyerProgram. Customer inquiries relating to any Velocity Frequent Flyer Program service should be directed to Velocity.
