Dave McLaughlin

Dave is a seasoned financial executive with more than 30 years of experience across payments, fintech, banking, and insurance. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at Blackhawk Network, where he led a global team of over 2,500 employees, executed multiple M&A transactions, and drove strong organic growth and margin expansion.

Prior to Blackhawk, Dave was CFO of the $1B U.S. business at Hiscox Ltd. and spent eight years at Fiserv, where he held senior finance leadership roles, led strategic acquisitions, and supported enterprise transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership positions at Bank of America and Delta Air Lines.

Dave is known for building high-performing finance teams and enabling scalable, disciplined growth in complex global organizations.
