Caitlin is the Chief People Officer of Nuvei with global responsibility for Human Resources. She is a proven people operations executive and attorney, with deep experience in global business management and human resources leadership. As Chief People Officer, Caitlin is responsible for Nuvei’s HR infrastructure, and building a community and culture that supports the needs of the team while attracting exceptional talent. She joins Nuvei from its acquisition of Paya, having previously held the role of Head of People at Spanx Inc. and at Variant, and has an extensive background in people operations with roles at VF Corporation, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Walt Disney World. Caitlin holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Notre Dame Law School and a BS from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
