Lindsay has over 23 years of broad legal experience in corporate, securities and commercial law, as well as in M&A and corporate governance, both as in-house counsel and in private practice. She was most recently Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Gildan Activewear Inc., where she led the global legal team since 2010. Prior to joining Gildan in 2004, Lindsay practiced corporate and securities law at Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose Fulbright). Lindsay holds a B.C.L. and LL.B. from the McGill University Faculty of Law as well as a B.A. from Northwestern University.
