Praful Morar served as Chief Strategy Officer and later as Global Expansion Officer at Nuvei. During his tenure, he played a key role in the company’s international growth and supported strategic expansion across multiple regions.

Prior to Nuvei, Praful held senior leadership roles at SafeCharge and Worldpay, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy and Vice President of Vertical Market Strategy. He also served as General Manager and Vice President of Business Development for APAC. Earlier in his career, he was part of the strategic team that supported WorldPay’s divestment from the Royal Bank of Scotland to Advent International and Bain Capital.
