PARTNER-LED DEPLOYMENT

From days to hours

Nuvei BYOD is designed to reduce terminal deployment time from approximately five days to as little as two hours, where applicable requirements are met.†

With traditional deployment, you sign up the merchant and Nuvei coordinates terminal supply and deployment. With BYOD, you source supported devices and manage delivery and installation, backed by Nuvei acquiring services and supported terminal software.

How Nuvei BYOD works

1. Onboard and source

Sign up your merchant and complete the required Nuvei onboarding and approval process. Source a compatible PAX A terminal through our preferred supplier.

2. Prepare and install

Arrange provisioning of the terminal with Nuvei’s supported terminal application and required configuration. Manage delivery and installation directly.

3. Activate and accept payments

Activate through the Nuvei ANZ Partner Portal or API, where enabled. Your merchant can accept payments once the terminal and merchant account are ready.

NUVEI ANZ PARTNER PORTAL

Activate terminals within your workflow

Use the Nuvei ANZ Partner Portal or a supported API to activate terminals as part of your deployment process.

Activation options depend on partner eligibility, configuration and enablement. Our team will work with you to establish the process and technical requirements for your business.

PARTNER SUPPORT

Be your merchants’ first point of support

Manage initial terminal troubleshooting directly, giving merchants a familiar point of contact and a more consistent support experience.

Escalate issues involving Nuvei acquiring services, terminal software or matters outside your agreed responsibilities to Nuvei.
