In order to be eligible, your business must be a current Velocity Business member or become one. You can earn Velocity Points for your business with Nuvei, as follows:
Sign-Up Bonus: If your business is a current Velocity Business member or becomes one within 60 days of becoming a Nuvei customer, you sign up your business as a Nuvei merchant for a 3-year contract and transact a minimum of $20,000 in the first month through the relevant Nuvei product, your business will be eligible to earn 50,000 Velocity Points.
On-Going Earn: If your business transacts a minimum of $10,000/month and is signed up to the Fee-free EFTPOS offering and associated 1.65% MSF, your business will be eligible to earn 1 Velocity Point for every $25 transacted on any Nuvei product held under your business' Nuvei account.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date the merchant billing statement is provided for the month following the earn for your Velocity Points to be visible in the Velocity Business Rewards Portal. Please submit a request via our support portal if you have any further issues.
Yes. Velocity Business members can transfer Velocity Points in the Velocity Business Rewards Portal to the account of an eligible employee, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Please note there is a minimum point transfer of 3,000 Points.
To earn Velocity Points for your business, your business must be a current Velocity Business member or become one. You can earn Velocity Points for your business with Nuvei, as follows:

*Velocity Business Nuvei Partner Terms & Conditions: Velocity has partnered with Nuvei to permit businesses who are members of Velocity Business (Members), and:
- who take up any Nuvei products (Nuvei Customers); or
- who sign-up customers to Nuvei products (Nuvei Partners),
to earn Velocity Points for their business (Velocity Business).
Nuvei Customer Offers
Nuvei Customers are eligible for the following offers:
Sign Up Offer (Nuvei Customers)
a) Nuvei Customers who are not a Nuvei Payments customer as at 15th January 2024 and take up a Nuvei product directly via Nuvei Payments, can earn a sign-up bonus of 50,000 Velocity Points, if they:
i) join Velocity Business or link their existing Velocity Business account to their Nuvei account within 60 days of taking out a product with Nuvei;
ii) sign-up for a 3-year contract with Nuvei Payments for the relevant Nuvei product; and
iii) transact a minimum of $20,000 net (Excluding Amex and Diners) in the first month.
b) If the Member meets the above requirements, the sign-up bonus Velocity Points will be credited to the Member’s Velocity Business account when their merchant billing statement is provided in the following month.
c) Bonus points are only credited once per Velocity Business Member ID.
Ongoing Earn (Nuvei Customers)
a) All new and existing Nuvei Customers who:
i) link their Velocity Business and Nuvei accounts; and
ii) sign up for / are signed up for the Pay nil with Nuvei surcharge offer and associated 1.65% MSF, $10,000/month minimum transaction value and conditions which can be found here, will, from the date of terminal delivery for in-person products, and from the date of credential delivery for online products, earn 1 Velocity for every $25 transacted When signed up to the Pay nil with Nuvei surcharge offer.
b) The total points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of net (excluding Amex and Diners) $AUD transacted through Nuvei products. For example a total of $1000 transacted through Nuvei products would earn 40 Velocity Points. The minimum number of Velocity Points that can be earned is 1. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.
c) Points will be calculated on the last day of each month and credited to the Member’s Velocity Business account when their merchant billing statement is provided for the month following.
Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership Terms and Conditions apply. Personal information will be collected and handled by Velocity in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
